Good News! This morning, the Post-Gazette released it’s endorsement of Matt for the State Senate. The editorial board gave Matt’s experience, knowledge of the issues, and commitment to building the future here in western Pennsylvania glowing reviews, while taking Raja to task for his misleading attacks and radical positions. The editorial concludes:

“The Post-Gazette endorses Matt Smith, who has ably represented his House district for three terms and is prepared to advance to a larger role in the Senate.” (read the full editorial here.) 

This is a major milestone for the campaign, but with 26 days left to go, we still have a lot of work to do to ensure that Matt is our next State Senator. As the PG editorial points out, Raja is up to his same-old tricks, using distorted and misleading accusations to attack Matt and his record of reform.
